Print your template at the right size

A printer can silently shrink a precise file. These settings keep every millimeter intact.

1. Download the PDF for your paper

Select A4 or Letter before downloading. ExactFold divides large dielines across multiple sheets using a consistent printable area. The page count shown in the generator should match the PDF.

2. Choose 100% or Actual Size

In the print dialog, disable Fit, Shrink oversized pages and Scale to printable area. Choose 100%, Actual Size or No Scaling.

Use: 100%, Actual Size or No Scaling. Avoid Fit to Page, Shrink and Scale to Fit.

3. Measure the calibration ruler

Each PDF page includes a 50 mm calibration line. Measure it with a physical ruler before cutting. If it is not exactly 50 mm, correct the print scale and try again.

4. Assemble tiled pages

Trim the non-printing margin only where sheets overlap, align matching cut and fold lines, then tape the pages from the back. Keep the paper flat while transferring the pattern.

5. Score before folding

Cut solid black lines. Score dashed coral fold lines with a blunt tool and ruler. Blue dotted lines identify glue folds or reference edges. Test the sequence on plain paper first.
